Payment
Falcon Ridge Farms accepts payments through PayPal, an easy, secure way to make online payments. PayPal utilizes the SSL protocol, featuring the highest level of security commercially available. Your private information is also secure, as their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Instant transfer from a bank account, or Echeck.
We ship worldwide using Canada Post. Shipping and handling charges will be added at the time of purchase. If you prefer a different shipping method, specify the desired shipping method in the Optional Instructions field when placing your order, or email your request to us immediately after placing your order. We will bill you via PayPal for the additional shipping cost. Once you pay this additional shipping charge, we will ship your order using the specified shipping method.
Shipping time varies depending on the destination and time of year, but you can expect to receive your order in 7 – 21 days. Falcon Ridge Farms is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

Wholesalers
If you are a retailer or wholesaler and are interested in marketing our teas, we offer wholesale prices on cases of 24 tins of tea or more. Contact us for more information.
Tours
Minimum 15 people.
Tours must be booked 2-4 weeks in advance.
Payment is due prior to or at the tour. We accept cash or Visa.
For cancellations more than one week prior to tour date, full refund. No refund for cancellations within one week of tour date; if payment has not yet been made, the tour organizer will be billed for the full amount.
The signature of the tour organizer on a faxed booking sheet confirms the date and tour.
No charge for chaperone or staff member.
